[Precautions for use]
- Please use with caution to check for any abnormalities on your skin. If cosmetics do not suit your skin, that is, in the following cases, discontinue use. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
・If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening occur during use.
・If the above-mentioned symptoms appear on the skin where the product was used and exposed to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities.

[Storage and handling precautions]
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.
・To prevent the spread of dirt and germs from your hands to the product, please use with clean hands. Also, please keep the opening of the container clean.
・Once you have taken the contents, do not put them back into the container. This may cause the contents to deteriorate.
-Since the products are made from natural ingredients, the color and scent may change depending on storage conditions, but this does not affect the quality.

[Notes when ordering]
・If we receive a large number of orders, it may take longer than usual to ship your order.
- Product images are taken in the studio to show colors as close to the actual product as possible, but there may be differences between the actual product and the images depending on your monitor settings.
・For items that do not specify a shipping date on the product page, we require 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is confirmed. (Delivery of the product may be delayed due to traffic conditions caused by weather or during periods of heavy transportation congestion.)
- We cannot accept size or color changes after your order has been confirmed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

・When the image is different from what you expected due to customer reasons.
- If the product tag, sewn-in brand name, or quality label is damaged or removed
- If the packaging, tag (attached to the package), or accessories included with the product are missing or damaged
- If the delivery note included with the product has been lost or destroyed
- If the reason for exchange or return varies from person to person, such as the product having a strong odor.
・If the product has an odor (perfume, cosmetics, cigarette odor, etc.) attached to it while in the customer's possession.
・If there is any foreign matter attached (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.)
・If excessive returns or exchanges are made
・If the product was ordered outside of this website
・Shorts other than defective products
・If the item has been altered or washed
・If the product page has a note saying [Not eligible for exchange]
・If we are unable to determine that the product is defective
・Other cases where we determine that we cannot accept the exchange in accordance with the above.
