Returns Policy
With the exception of some products, orders can only be cancelled before the product is shipped.
We do not accept cancellations after shipping has begun or returns for customer reasons after shipment.
However, if the product is defective or if the product you received is different from the product you ordered, we will only accept exchanges if you contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving the product (including the day the product arrives).
