Sales price

Shipping costs are separate from the sales price.
For delivery, we use Sagawa Express, Takkyubin Compact, and Nekopos.
Shipping fees are as follows:

Sagawa Express nationwide flat rate of 550 yen (tax included)
Takkyubin Compact nationwide flat rate 440 yen (tax included)
Nekopos nationwide flat rate 300 yen (tax included)

Product delivery time

Returns Policy

With the exception of some products, orders can only be cancelled up until the time of shipping.
We do not accept cancellations after shipping has begun or returns for customer reasons after shipping.
However, if the product is defective or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, we will only accept exchanges if you contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving the product (including the day the product arrives).
In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
If the product is delivered but you do not receive it for any reason and return it to us, your order will be considered cancelled at the time of return.
In this case, since the cancellation is due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges (including shipping charges for returning the item), packaging materials costs, shipping fees, and other damages and expenses incurred by our store, and we will charge you for these.
In addition, when we issue a refund, we will deduct the above damages and expenses from the remaining amount.
