Ticket reservations are limited to a certain time period and are rotated every 40 minutes.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your opening time to ensure you have a relaxed shopping experience.
Please enter the venue 5 minutes before the end of your reservation time slot. Please be mindful of the time.
You can purchase items in store on the day and take them home. If there are pre-ordered items, staff will let you know on the day.
Payment methods include credit card payment (VISA/MasterCard/Amex/JCB/Diners/DISCOVER) and QR code payment.
Please note that transportation IC cards and cash cannot be used.

Please note that if you do not have this ticket, you will not be able to try on the clothes.

July 15 (Monday)
Admission is free all day, so customers who wish to try on clothes are welcome. If there are many customers who wish to try on clothes, you may have to wait or reception may close even within the event time. Thank you for your understanding.
We have not given advance notice regarding the visit of producer Hina Kojima and the press.
Please refrain from taking photos of product details or tag information, or photos of customers wearing samples, or posting them on social media. In addition, we do not allow photographs of staff. Please also refrain from recording conversations.
We have a photo space in the exhibition hall. You are welcome to take photos of the photo space and the atmosphere inside the hall, so please feel free to take some nice photos.
Please note that we will not allow accompanying persons to enter the venue if you have a ticketed seat.
Infants are welcome. However, please refrain from bringing strollers to the venue as there are stairs and no storage space near the venue. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur in or around the venue, regardless of the reason, so please be careful.
Due to limited space, please do not bring large luggage such as carry-on bags.
