Reservations are not required to enter the store or use the dressing room.
Depending on the level of congestion, we may restrict entry by distributing numbered tickets.

Please note that Café de Herme is only available to those who wish to order takeout, and can be used immediately even when numbered tickets are distributed.

To avoid causing inconvenience to our neighbors, we ask that you refrain from arriving before opening time or waiting in line for the store to open. Please arrive at opening time.

Generally, you can try on the items displayed in the store. When it is crowded, we will limit usage time to 10 minutes per person. Also, it may take some time before you are shown to your room. Thank you for your understanding.
*Depending on stock availability, we may display some sample products.
*For hygiene reasons, you cannot try on the shorts.

At House of Herme, there are two ways to shop that suit your style.

TYPE.1 Same-day delivery
After your purchase, we will hand over your item to you on the spot.
*Some pre-ordered items may be delivered at a later date.
*Shopping bags are available for a fee.

TYPE.2 Herme Order
We will deliver it to the address you specify at a later date.
*Shipping charges will be charged separately.

We use a cashless system.
Please note that cash cannot be used.

■ Regarding defective products purchased in store
* If you purchase a product in store and take it home with you and it is found to be defective, we will exchange it for the same product (same color/size) or provide a refund.
* Exchanges can be made in-store or by mail.

■ Regarding contact and response
* Please contact the store within 7 days of purchasing the product.
* We may restrict entry during busy times or when events are being held. For smoother service, we recommend calling us in advance.

■ Requests when visiting our store
*Please present your purchase receipt when making a request.
*Even if you would like to exchange an item, if it is out of stock we will refund you.

■We do not accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
* If you do not contact us within 7 days of purchase
* If there is damage or scratch caused by the customer, or if the product has been used even once.
* If the product tag is damaged or removed
* If the bag, tag, or accessories included with the product are missing
* If you wish to return or exchange the product for reasons such as size or product image difference
