Ticket reservation slots have set usage times and are replaced in 40 minute increments.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the entrance time to enjoy shopping at your leisure. Please enter at least 5 minutes before the end of your reservation slot. Please be careful of your time.

Free admission is available from 16:00 to 20:00 on April 15th (Monday) and 16th (Tuesday), and throughout the day on April 17th (Wednesday). Last entry time will be 30 minutes before closing time.
Depending on the congestion situation, we may impose admission restrictions. In addition, we may have a time system. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Please note that even during free admission hours, those who do not have a NOUVELLE ÉLÉGANCE with Fitting TICKET (this ticket) will not be able to try on items other than some outerwear and shoes.

Some outerwear and shoes can be tried on at the exhibition hall.
If you have a NOUVELLE ÉLÉGANCE with Fitting TICKET (this ticket), you can try on Her lip to items such as dresses. Our staff will provide details on the day, such as the lineup of items you can try on and time limits.
Please note that if you do not have this ticket, you will not be able to try on items other than some outerwear and shoes.

Please complete your purchase within the event hours.

You can choose to pay by credit card (VISA/MasterCard/Amex/JCB/Diners/DISCOVER) or electronic money (transportation IC card). Please note that we cannot accept cash.

Café de Herme sells cafe menu items. We also have an eat-in space, so please stop by. Please make purchases and use the eat-in space within the event usage hours.

Her lip to items can be ordered on the event special site. The special site will only be available to those who visit.

*In-store payments at House of Herme will not be available during the event period.

During the period, we plan to add items to stock before opening each day. At that time, we will make every effort to have the items available for the first day of the event, April 13th (Saturday), but please note that some items may be sold out or temporarily out of stock.

We have not given advance notice regarding the visit of producer Hina Kojima and the press.

Please refrain from taking photos of product details, tag information, or photos of samples being worn, or posting them on SNS. Additionally, we do not allow photos to be taken with Hina Kojima or her staff. Please also refrain from recording conversations.
A photo space is available in the exhibition hall. There is no problem with taking pictures of the photo space and the atmosphere of the venue, so please feel free to take nice pictures.

We do not allow companions to enter. We apologize for the inconvenience, but for safety reasons, we do not allow family members, including infants and young children, to enter. Please note.

Children are also welcome to enter during free admission hours. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur in or around the store, regardless of the reason.

Due to limited space, please do not bring large luggage such as carry-on bags.

Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. The organizer is not responsible for any troubles related to transfer or resale.

Please note that if the transfer or resale of tickets is approved, we will take measures such as canceling your reservation or restricting purchases.

If you wish to cancel your reservation or change the date and time, you will need to complete the cancellation procedure.

After completing the cancellation procedure, please re-book a ticket for your desired date from the ticket reservation page.

Please note that if you continue to cancel without notice, we may decline your reservation. If you make a reservation for more than the maximum number of tickets, it will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Events may be canceled at the organizer's discretion due to inclement weather, disasters, etc.

Information on event cancellation will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of reservation.
