・If the image differs from your expectation due to customer convenience.
・If the product tag, sewn-in brand name, or quality label is damaged or removed.
・If the package, tag (affixed to package), or accessories included with the product are missing or damaged.
・If the delivery note included with the product is lost/discarded.
・If there are individual differences in reasons for exchange/return, such as a strong odor from the product.
・If the product has an odor (perfume, cosmetics, cigarette smoke, etc.) due to the customer.
・If foreign objects are attached (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.).
・If excessive returns or exchanges are repeated.
・If the product was ordered from a site other than this one.
・Underwear other than defective items.
・If alterations or washing have been done.

・If we cannot determine that the product is defective.
