[Notes about ROSIER Gift Pouch]

・If you would like gift wrapping, please add the ROSIER Gift Pouch to your cart along with the eligible ROSIER Gift Pouch product before placing your order. The price tag will be hidden when the item is delivered.

・If you order multiple items in the same cart, all wrapping will be combined into one item. We cannot accept requests for individual wrapping. If you would like individual wrapping, please place your order in separate carts.

-Due to system limitations, we are unable to accept changes to your order after it has been completed.

・Depending on the size or shape of the product, or the contents of your order including multiple products or ineligible products, the size of the Gift Pouch may not fit and we may not be able to provide wrapping. In such cases, we will include a ROSIER Gift Pouch with the price tag hidden when you deliver the product.

・If you purchase a ROSIER Gift Pouch, delivery will be by Sagawa Express.

・If you purchase a ROSIER Gift Pouch and a gift item eligible for gift wrapping at the same time, we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates and times due to system limitations. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so please contact the delivery company directly.

・When ordering a ROSIER Gift Pouch, an invoice will not be included. If you would like an invoice, you can download it from the URL attached to the shipping confirmation email. (If the name of the orderer and the shipping address are different, the product price will not be included.)

- No shopping bag will be included for delivery.

・You can purchase the ROSIER Gift Pouch alone, but we cannot provide gift wrapping for items ordered in a separate cart.
