【Precautions for Ordering】
・In case of a rush of orders, shipping may take longer than usual.
・Product images are taken in a studio with colors as close to the actual product as possible, but there may be discrepancies from the actual product depending on your monitor environment.
・For items without a specified shipping date on the product page, we generally allow 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after the order is confirmed. (Product arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions caused by weather, or periods of high congestion during transportation.)
・Size changes and color changes are not accepted after the order is confirmed.
・Gift wrapping service is not available.

【Not Eligible for First-Time Returns】
・If you do not contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
・If you have purchased the same product more than once.
・If scratches, damage, or discoloration occur due to the customer's responsibility.
・Products with damaged or removed sewn-in brand names or quality labels.
・Products without the package, tag (affixed to the package), or accessories included with the product.
・If the delivery note included with the product is lost/discarded.
・Products ordered from sites other than this one.
・Products that have been altered or laundered.
・Other cases where our store determines that an exchange cannot be accepted based on the above.

【Returns/Exchanges are Not Accepted in the Following Cases】
・If you do not contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
・If the return/exchange request is due to customer convenience (color, size).
・If scratches or damage occur due to the customer's responsibility, or if the product has been used even once (excluding trying on).
・If the image differs from the customer's expectation due to customer convenience.

・If there are individual differences in the reason for exchange/return, such as a strong product odor.

・If foreign objects are attached (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.).
・If excessive returns/exchanges are repeated.
・If the product was ordered from a site other than this one.
・Underwear other than defective products.
・If the product has been altered or laundered.
・If there is a note "【Not eligible for exchange】" on the product page.
・If our store cannot determine that the product is defective.
・Other cases where our store determines that an exchange cannot be accepted based on the above.
