【Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases】
・If you did not contact us within 7 days after product arrival.

・If the return is due to a discrepancy in image perception based on customer convenience.
・If the product tag, sewn-in brand name, or quality label is damaged or removed.
・If the package, tags (affixed to the package), or accessories included with the product are missing or damaged.
・If the delivery note included with the product is lost/discarded.
・If there are individual differences in the reason for exchange/return, such as a strong product odor.
・If the product has odors (perfume, cosmetics, cigarette smell, etc.) from the customer's environment.
・If foreign objects are attached (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.).
・If excessive returns or exchanges have been repeated.
・If the product was ordered from a site other than this one.
・Non-defective shorts.
・If the product has been altered or washed.
・If the product page has a note stating 【No exchange allowed】.
・If our store cannot determine it to be a defective product.
・Other cases where our store determines that an exchange cannot be accepted based on the above.
