This benefit is limited to GRACE customers who have sent information.

If you wish to cancel your reservation or change the date and time, you will need to complete the cancellation procedure.
Please help us by canceling dates that are not convenient for you. If you continue to cancel without notice, we may decline your reservation.
If you wish to cancel, please do so by the day before your scheduled participation date.

Reservation slots cannot be transferred or resold. When entering the store, we will check your ID to confirm your identity. (Driver's license, passport, insurance card, etc.)
If the transfer or resale of the reservation slot is approved, if the name on the reservation slot does not match the name of the visitor, or if the visitor does not have ID, we will take measures such as canceling the reservation or restricting reservations.
