  • Regarding free admission
    Free admission will be available all day on Tuesday, September 24th.
    The last admission time will be 30 minutes before closing time.
    Depending on how crowded it is, we may distribute numbered tickets and impose entry restrictions based on time. Thank you for your understanding.
    Please note that even during free admission hours, if you do not have a CHIC OUTERWEAR COLLECTION with Fitting TICKET (this ticket), you will not be able to try on items other than outerwear and shoes.

    You can pay for the items you wish to purchase at the store register, and the items will be delivered to your specified address at a later date.

  • Regarding visits by producers and press
    There was no prior notice regarding the visit of producer Kojima Haruna and the press.
  • Regarding photography
    Please refrain from taking photos of product details or tag information, or photos of samples being worn, or posting them on social media.
    In addition, photographs will not be taken with Kojima Haruna herself or her staff.
    Please also refrain from recording conversations.
    There is a photo space available in the exhibition hall.
    There is no problem with taking photos of the photo space and the atmosphere inside the venue, so please feel free to take some great photos.
  • Regarding companions
    Accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter the ticketed venue.
    Please be aware of this in advance.
  • Regarding accompanying children
    Infants are welcome.
    However, please note that there are stairs inside the venue and there is no storage space nearby, so please refrain from bringing strollers to the venue.
