・Notes regarding shipping of pre-ordered items
- The estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items are as follows:
Early: 1st to 10th Mid: 11th to 20th Late: 21st to last day
*The estimated shipping date listed for pre-order items may vary depending on the production status of the product. In the unlikely event that there is a significant delay in the arrival date, we will notify you by email.
- We do not provide individual notices regarding arrival dates. Products will be shipped as soon as they arrive at the logistics center. Please note that the estimated shipping date is only a guideline and is not guaranteed.
- There is a possibility that shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, reduced production, partial deliveries, etc.
- Depending on the delivery situation, your order may be delivered earlier than expected.
- We may be forced to cancel your order due to circumstances such as discontinuation or reduction of production.
- Delivery may be delayed due to busy periods for delivery companies (such as the New Year holidays) or traffic conditions caused by bad weather.
- Orders that include pre-ordered items will be shipped together once all items are in stock. Please note that we do not offer separate shipping.
- We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times for pre-ordered items.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email on the same day or the next day.
・Long-term absence/incomplete address
Once shipped, it is your responsibility to receive the product.
- The storage period at Sagawa Express is approximately one week from the date of shipment from our store.
- If the product is returned to our store due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, the shipping fee for re-shipment will be charged to you. If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please contact the delivery company directly within the storage period.
- The storage period for overseas deliveries is approximately 30 days at most.
Please note that we do not accept orders using "forwarding services," whether domestic or international.
For international orders, please use our official international shipping service.
If we find that your order has been placed via a forwarding service, we will automatically cancel your order even after it has been completed.
