■ Shipping time
Within Japan: After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 5 business days.
Overseas: Shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation
- The arrival of your product may be delayed if we receive a large number of orders, or due to traffic conditions caused by weather or other factors, or during periods of congestion in transportation.
■Delivery date and time preference:
・Delivery date and time can only be specified for deliveries within Japan.
・We usually accept delivery date and time requests 4 to 7 days later.
*It may take additional time before and after the distribution center's long holidays.
- The arrival of your product may be delayed if we receive a large number of orders, or due to traffic conditions caused by weather or other factors, or during periods of congestion in transportation.
- Nekopos delivery is by post, so we cannot accommodate your requested delivery date.

■Notes regarding shipping of pre-ordered items
・We do not notify you of arrival dates. We are unable to respond to inquiries. Products will be shipped as soon as they arrive at the logistics center. Please note that the scheduled shipping date is only a guideline and does not guarantee the delivery date.
-Delivery may be delayed in the event of a large number of orders or due to partial production cuts or partial deliveries.
- Depending on the delivery situation, delivery may be earlier than the scheduled date.
- Due to production reductions or cessation, products may not be delivered, and we may be forced to cancel your order.
-Delivery may be delayed due to shipping and traffic conditions during the delivery company's busy season, the year-end and New Year holidays, and inclement weather.
・Pre-order items can be purchased in the same cart, but they will be shipped together once all items are available. Items purchased at the same time cannot be shipped separately. Please be careful.

■Shipping completion notification: We will send you an email on the same day or the next day.
■Long-term absence/incorrect address
・It is your responsibility to receive any products we send you.
- The product storage period at Sagawa Express is approximately one week from the date of shipment.
・If an item is returned due to a long absence or an incorrect address, we will accept the re-shipment fee cash on delivery. To prevent such a situation from occurring, please be sure to directly contact the delivery company to request redelivery within the storage period.
- For overseas deliveries, the product storage period is a maximum of approximately 30 days.
