■ When the product arrives

We take the utmost care in managing and shipping our products, but once you receive the product, please be sure to check within 7 days, including trying it on, to make sure that there are no scratches or defects and that there are no errors in your order.


In addition, there are conditions for returns and exchanges, so please be sure to read the following precautions before opening or trying on the product.


【Notes】

・When returning a defective product, we ask that you include the delivery note. In case of any problems, please keep the delivery note and the product packaging, and do not remove the tags (attached to the product packaging) and hang tags.

・Please make sure to try on shoes indoors.

- When trying on items, please be careful not to let perfume, cosmetics, cigarette smells, etc. get on the item.

・For hygiene reasons, please check before trying on the shorts.
*If we determine that the item has been worn, we will not be able to treat it as a used item.

-Since the shoe box is also part of the product, we will not be able to accept an exchange if you return the item with the shipping label attached directly to the shoe box.

■ If the product you received is defective

If the product you receive is defective, we will accept a return or exchange .

*We do not accept exchanges for sizes, colors, or other products that differ from the one ordered.

*If we are unable to determine that the returned item is defective, we may refuse to accept the return or exchange.

* Even if you wish to exchange an item, we will refund you if the item is out of stock.


■ If you receive a product different from the one you ordered

If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges . After you return the product, we will exchange it for the correct product.

*We do not accept exchanges for sizes, colors, or other products that differ from the one ordered.

* If the correct item is not in stock, we will refund your money.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product only for the first purchase of Everyday Essential Bra. Please try on the size first to see if it fits you.

*Returns are not accepted for second or subsequent purchases.
*We cannot accept returns for reasons other than size exchanges.
