This product uses synthetic leather. As the surface is coated with resin, it has the characteristic of deteriorating (hydrolysis) over time, gradually wearing out (peeling or becoming sticky). To ensure your product lasts as long as possible, please observe the following points:

・Do not stack items; store in a cool, low-humidity, well-ventilated place.
・For products that can be dry-cleaned, remove the cover after cleaning and air dry.
・To prevent color transfer, do not layer light-colored items with dark-colored items.
・Do not iron.
・Do not use benzene or thinner, as this may cause hardening or discoloration.

Please note that wearing shoes that do not fit your feet can lead to accidents or health problems.
・We do not accept size exchanges or returns for customer reasons, such as the size or shape not fitting after trying on a product indoors or outdoors, or for any product that has been used even once. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for reasons other than initial defects, such as scratches, wrinkles, color unevenness, or stains after use.
・Please be aware that product images are taken from samples, so the actual product's color, specifications, and size may differ.
・Prolonged exposure to sunlight or lighting may cause discoloration or fading.
・Dark colors may fade or transfer color due to friction, sweat, or moisture.
・Do not leave the product wet or immerse it for long periods.
・Please be aware that dark-colored products may transfer dye to nails, bags, or resin-coated materials such as synthetic leather (especially white or light-colored items).
・This is a delicate material, so please be careful with friction and tearing.
・Be careful of snagging on surrounding objects, bags, or accessories.

【Precautions When Ordering】
・Even after an item shows "out of stock," sales may resume without prior notice if a cancellation occurs. Thank you for your understanding.
・If there is a rush of orders, shipping may take longer than usual.
・Product images are taken in a studio to be as close to the actual color as possible, but there may be discrepancies from the actual product depending on your monitor environment.
・For items with three-dimensional patterns, such as the bust and waist, the measuring points and methods may differ from the size guide.
・For items without a specified shipping date on the product page, we generally require 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is confirmed. (Product arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions caused by weather, or during busy shipping periods.)
・With the exception of some products, order cancellations (order reversals) are possible only for orders placed before shipping.
・We do not offer free gift wrapping or the service of including shopping bags.
