• What if I have multiple Her lip to accounts?

  As a general rule, we ask that you use one account per person, and registration of multiple accounts is prohibited.

  If you have multiple accounts, please merge them.
  If you have any questions about merging accounts, such as combining purchase information from different email addresses, please contact our customer center.

• If I make a guest purchase on the official online store without logging in, is it possible to link it to my account later?

  If you would like to combine purchase information from guest purchases made on the official online store, please contact the customer center separately.
  Please note that we cannot combine purchase information from directly managed stores, pop-up shops, etc. at a later date.

• Do only purchases made through the official online store count towards the status?

  In addition to purchases at the official online store, purchases at directly managed stores (House of Herme, Her lip to JR Nagoya Takashimaya store, Her lip to BEAUTY Lucua 1100 store, and other pop-up stores organized by the Her lip to brand) are also eligible for Club Hers.

  *Please note that purchases at stores other than our directly managed stores and purchases at online stores on other companies' platforms are not eligible for Club Hers.

• Is there an expiration date for the benefits?

  It can be used for one year from the date of issue.
  In addition, some benefits may have a separate usage time specified from the date of issue.

• When will the birthday bonus be awarded?

  Birthday Gift
  A gift and a birthday coupon will be delivered to you by your birthday based on your status two weeks before your birthday.
  Birthday discount tickets can be used from the day of your birthday onwards.

  Birthday coupons and birthday gifts will not be awarded if you do not enter your birthday information, so please enter it on your My Page at least two weeks before your birthday. Benefits will be awarded based on your status two weeks before your birthday.

• When will I receive my welcome gift?

  It will be shipped together with the purchase that triggered the status upgrade. If you upgraded by purchasing a pre-order item, it will be shipped together with the pre-order item.

  * The welcome gifts and welcome coupons for each status are only available for the first time. They will not be given to you even if you achieve the designated status in subsequent years.
  *Gift contents may vary depending on the distribution period.

• What benefits will I get if I advance to a higher status?

  Generally, when you skip a grade, you will receive all the perks of the status. However, birthday perks (birthday gifts, birthday coupons) will be given according to the highest status after the skip.
  (Example) If you move up two status levels with one purchase, you will receive benefits equivalent to two status levels.

• My status has been upgraded but my benefits are not reflected.

  Some benefits may not be reflected immediately after status upgrade.

• Does the eligible purchase amount for the program include shipping costs or the amount when using a coupon?

  The eligible purchase amount does not include shipping costs. In addition, when using a coupon, the eligible purchase amount will be the amount after the coupon is applied.

• Does Club Hers apply to orders from overseas?

  Please note that Club Hers does not apply to orders from overseas or purchases at overseas POPUPs.

• Once I reach SWAN status, will my status remain SWAN forever?
