Regarding cancellations (order cancellations)

■Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they are placed before the product is shipped.
*We cannot accept cancellations for only some of the items in your order.

■I accidentally purchased multiple sizes of the product, but can I cancel just one of them?
We cannot accept cancellations for some items in your order.
Orders can only be cancelled before the product is shipped.
If the product has not yet been shipped, please cancel your order and purchase the appropriate size again.

Returns and Exchanges

■Please tell me how to count the date the product arrives.
It will start from the day the product arrives at the address you entered when placing your order (including the day it is delivered to the parcel box).
 

■Can I exchange sizes for the Everyday Essential Bra?
We will accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product only if this is your first purchase of the Everyday Essential Bra from our official website.

■Do I need to specify a delivery company when returning the item?
When returning the product, you do not need to specify a delivery company, but please be sure to send it using a traceable delivery method (a method that leaves you with a copy of the delivery slip).

■How do I get a refund when returning a product?
Refunds will be made through your card company.
We are unable to find out details such as the expected refund date as this is personal information.
Once you receive the email confirming the refund process, please contact your payment company.

*If the offset cannot be made in time due to the closing date of the card company, the full purchase amount may be deducted. In that case, the refund will be made from the following month onwards.
*If you use a coupon to make a purchase, the amount after the coupon is applied will be refunded.
*Please note that we cannot refund or reissue coupons.
