■About cancellations

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Cancellation (cancellation of an order) is possible only if the order has not yet been shipped.
*We do not accept cancellations of only part of an ordered item.

Q. I ordered multiple sizes. Can I cancel just one item?
A. We are sorry, but we are unable to cancel only part of an order.
If it is before shipping, please cancel your order and place a new order for the size you want.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee that stock will be available.

Q. When does the product arrival date start counting?
A. The product arrival date is the date the product is delivered to the address you entered when placing your order.
*Delivery to a delivery box will also be counted as an "arrival date."


Q. Can I exchange the Everyday Essential Bra for a different size?
A. For the Everyday Essential Bra, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, but only for first-time purchases on the official website.
Please try it on first to check the size and make sure it fits you.

Q. When returning an item, do I need to specify a delivery company?
A. There are no specific requirements, but please be sure to return the product using a tracking method (a method that leaves you with a copy of the shipping slip).


Q. If I return an item, how will I be refunded?
A. We will refund you through your card company.
The timing and details of the refund depend on the card company's regulations, so we cannot confirm them.
After receiving the email informing you that the refund procedure has been completed, please contact your card company.

*If you use atone payment, you will receive separate instructions from atone regarding how to cancel the invoice and get a refund if you wish to return the product after payment has been made, so please check this information.
* Depending on the closing date of your card company, refunds may be made the following month or later.
*If you use a coupon, the refund will be the amount after the coupon is applied.
*Please note that coupons cannot be reissued or reapplied.
