The customer center and House of Herme will inform you of the inventory/display status at the time of inquiry.

▼How to visit the store <br>Depending on the crowd, entry may be restricted by distributing numbered tickets.
Please note that due to building regulations, there is no signboard on the first floor.
To avoid inconveniencing people in the neighborhood, please refrain from arriving before store opening hours or waiting in line for the store to open. Please come to the store when it opens.
▼About Café de Herme <br>If you wish to take out, you can use it immediately even when numbered tickets are distributed. Customers who wish to use the eat-in space may be restricted from entering the store with a numbered ticket depending on the congestion situation.
▼About DRESS ROOM <br>During busy times, we will limit the usage time to 10 minutes per person. Also, it may take some time for us to provide you with the information. Please note.
You may be able to try out items that are not available in stores. Please ask our staff for details. *You cannot try on shorts for hygiene reasons.

▼About payment methods <br>We use a cashless system.
Cash is not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment methods include credit card payments (VISA/MasterCard/Amex/JCB/Diners/DISCOVER) and electronic money payments (transportation IC cards).
*Only at Café de Herme, in addition to the above payment methods, PayPay is also available.
▼About taking photos <br>You are free to take photos of the atmosphere inside the store. Please be considerate of other customers when doing so.
*There are some spots where photography is prohibited.
*Please refrain from posting photos of trying on the product before purchase, samples, and tag information in a place where many people can see it.

▼About defective products/exchanges
■If the product you purchase at a store and take home is found to be defective, we will exchange it for an identical (same color/same size) product or refund your money. Exchanges can be made by mail or at a store.
■Please contact the Her lip to customer center or the store within 7 days after purchasing at the store.
*During busy times or when events are held, entry may be restricted and we may not be able to respond immediately. Therefore, we recommend that you contact customer support first.
■When responding, you must present the receipt at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing a gift, please present the gift receipt you received.
■ Even if you would like to exchange an item, we will issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
[We do not accept exchanges in the following cases. ]
