Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Her lip to.

We are now offering size exchanges for apparel items purchased from our official online store.
Even if you find that the size doesn't fit after purchasing, You can exchange for a different size within 7 days of receiving the product , as long as the same product is in stock.
To ensure you can enjoy your shopping with peace of mind, please check the following before using the service.

■ Eligible products

Only apparel products purchased from the Her lip to official online store

■ Not applicable

POP UP, in-store purchases, and custom-made Hermé products
If you are exchanging ROSIER by Her lip to or Her lip to BEAUTY products for a different color or other product than the one you ordered, or if the size you wish to exchange is out of stock,

*Due to system limitations, the order history on My Page and My Closet will remain the same size as before the exchange.

■ How to proceed

Please apply using the request form below within 7 days of receiving the product.

*The product arrival date will be calculated from the date delivery to the delivery address is completed, including delivery to a delivery box.

■ Shipping fees

Return shipping costs: Customer pays
Shipping costs for replacement items: Covered by our store

■ When exchange is not possible

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product has been damaged, soiled, or used by the customer (excluding indoor try-on).
Damaged, lost, or removed tags, packaging, or accessories Lost or discarded delivery notes Scented with perfume, cosmetics, tobacco, etc. Products with animal hair, dust, etc. Products purchased elsewhere Hygiene products (e.g. masks, swimwear, pillowcases, etc.)
If you have not returned the item within 7 days of receiving the exchange, we will refund you the full amount of the item.

* Each product can only be exchanged once. *This service is only available for domestic deliveries.
