Today, between 10:30 and 11:30, due to a malfunction in our distribution system, an email stating "Your [Club Hers] status has been upgraded" was mistakenly sent.
(Depending on the status of your email server, the time it takes to receive the email may vary.)
We deeply apologize for any anxiety or inconvenience caused by the sudden, erroneous email delivery.

Subsequent investigation has confirmed that a total of five emails were sent in error.
These are all system errors and your current Club Hers status will remain unchanged.
Although the email has been sent from our system, depending on your environment, it is possible that you may continue to receive the email for a long period of time.
Furthermore, this mistaken delivery has not had any impact on customers' personal information, such as leaking it to third parties.
Please rest assured that there have been no incidents of status information being accidentally rewritten.

We have already identified the cause of this issue and are currently reviewing and improving our systems to prevent recurrence.
