About the DENIM Free Return Campaign
▶︎Free return campaign only available when purchasing eligible denim items <br data-start="168" data-end="171">When you purchase eligible denim items on our official website, we will be running a return campaign for a limited time.
If you are unsure which size to choose, you can purchase a size close to your usual size, try it on at home, and return any size other than the one that fits you best.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, so please make sure the size fits you.

<How to return the item>

*We cannot accept returns for reasons other than "size does not fit."
*We will only accept returns if the item is in a condition with the delivery note and tag attached.
*If the item falls under the "Case eligible for return" listed at the bottom of the page, we may not be able to accept the return, so please be sure to check.

Please be sure to try on the item indoors at home.
▼Return method
Please complete the return procedure via the delivery company or a nearby convenience store.
You can return the item yourself or request a collection service to do so.
*If, after returning the product, the total amount of the product falls below the amount eligible for the novelty gift, please return the novelty gift along with the product.
There is no need to return the postcard.
*If your Club Hers status is downgraded after returning the product, you do not need to return the welcome gift. In that case, we will not send you a welcome gift the next time you upgrade your status.
▼About return shipping fees <br>You can use cash on delivery for return shipping fees.
If the novelty item was not included, or if you are returning additional items, we ask that you return them prepaid.
▼Refunds
Refunds will be made through your card company.
We are unable to provide details such as the expected refund date as these are personal information.
Once you receive the email confirming the completion of the refund process, please contact your payment company.
* If you use atone payment <br data-start="1392" data-end="1395">If you have already paid, after your payment is canceled, atone will contact you separately regarding the refund method, so please check.
* If you use PayPay
If you paid with PayPay balance, the refund amount will be returned to your PayPay balance after the refund process.
Once the refund process is complete, it will be reflected in your "Transaction History", so please check it.
* Please note that if the total amount of the returned products falls below the amount of the gift, the refund will be made after the return of the gift has been confirmed.
*This campaign only allows refunds and does not allow exchanges for other sizes.
*If you use a coupon to make a purchase, you will be refunded the amount after the coupon is applied.
*Please note that we cannot refund or reissue coupons.
▼ Cases where returns are not accepted
・If you do not contact us within 7 days after the product arrives ・If you place an order or apply for a return outside of the campaign period ・If the product is scratched, broken, discolored, etc. due to a fault on the customer, or if the product has been used even once except for trying it on indoors ・If the product has an odor (perfume, cosmetics, cigarette odor, etc.) on it while in the customer's possession ・If there is a foreign object attached to the product (animal hair, other fibers, dust, etc.)
・Products with damaged or removed brand names or quality labels ・Products that are missing accessories (bags, tags, and all other accessories) ・Products where the invoice included with the product has been lost or discarded ・Products ordered from other sites ・Products that have been hemmed or washed ・Other cases where our store determines that we cannot accept an exchange due to the above reasons, such as significant stretching or fading of the fabric after trying on
