[Precautions when purchasing pre-order items]

・We will not notify you of the arrival time. Even if you contact us, we will not be able to respond. As soon as the products arrive at our distribution center, we will ship them in order. Please note that the estimated shipping date is only a guideline and does not guarantee the delivery date.

-Delivery may be delayed due to a rush of orders, partial production reductions, or split deliveries.

・Depending on the delivery situation, delivery may be earlier than the scheduled date.

・Due to production reduction or discontinuation, the product may not be in stock and your order may have to be canceled.

-Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions and traffic conditions during the delivery company's busy season, year-end and New Year holidays, and bad weather.
