To celebrate the opening, we will be inviting our loyal customers to a PREVIEW event on Wednesday, October 1st, the day before the store opens, where they can shop for items early.

Please present the order details screen you have displayed after logging in to the official Her lip to website at the reception on the day of your visit. Please be sure to log in to your My Page in advance and check that your ticket has been properly updated before coming.

*If you cannot confirm the order details screen, you will not be able to enter.
*Depending on your communication environment, it may be difficult to connect to the internet, so if you open your My Page in advance, we will be able to guide you smoothly.
[Matters regarding the day of the event]
Regarding entry and exit
・This event will have a rotation system in 50-minute increments.
・Please arrive 10 minutes before the opening time to ensure you have a relaxed shopping experience.
・You can enter the store at any time within the time stated on your ticket.
Regarding trying on
You can try on dresses and other items at the venue. You can try on outerwear and shoes in the showroom. Staff will inform you of the items you can try on on the day.
Regarding product purchases
You can pay for the items you wish to purchase at the cash register and take them home on the spot. Please complete your purchase within the store hours. Some items can be ordered online through Herme Order. If there are pre-ordered items, our staff will assist you on the day.
Regarding payment methods
You can choose from the following payment methods.

・Electronic money payment (transport IC/Rakuten Edy/WAON/nanaco)

Regarding accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are not permitted. Infants are welcome. However, please refrain from bringing strollers to the venue as there are stairs inside and no storage space near the venue. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur inside or around the venue, so please exercise caution.

About ticket reservations
・You will need to log in to the official Her lip to page. We recommend that you log in in advance.
・Reservations are limited to one ticket per person on a first-come, first-served basis.
・If you purchase two or more tickets, the second and subsequent tickets will be automatically canceled.
Regarding ticket transfer and resale
This event is open only to customers who have been given the invitation. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. The organizer will not be held responsible for any issues arising from transfer or resale.
Regarding ticket time changes:
We cannot accept changes to the time due to customer convenience or incorrect operation after the ticket order has been confirmed.
Additionally, we will not be able to offer compensation or reschedule the event if you are unable to attend due to illness, bad weather, or other reasons.
Regarding the decision to cancel the event
Please note that if it is determined that the event cannot be held due to bad weather, natural disasters, etc., it may be canceled. If it is determined that the event is canceled, all ticket holders will be notified by email.
