About aftercare service

As an exclusive benefit to customers with GRACE status or above, you can have your product repaired free of charge once.
We offer after-sales services so that you can enjoy your purchases for as long as possible.

What is covered by the repair

Repairs that are not covered

  • Renovating clothes to repair tears, rips, frayed hems, etc.
  • Items that can be repaired at a repair shop, such as scratches or damage
  • Cleaning of dirt and stains
  • Products that have been on the market for many years and are difficult to repair

How to use

  • Please contact us via the inquiry chat .
    [Inquiries after purchase] → [I have it] → [I want to repair it]
  • We will check whether the repair is possible and how long it will take.
  • If the product can be repaired, please return it to us with cash on delivery.
  • Once the product arrives, we will make a final check to see if it can be repaired.
    • If the product cannot be repaired, we will return it to you at our expense.
    • If repair is possible, we will proceed with the repair. (Estimated time: about 1.5 to 2.5 months)

Important Notice

  • Applications are concentrated around the time of the ClubHers fiscal year change, so we recommend that you apply early .
  • Repairs will take approximately one and a half to two and a half months.
    *During busy periods, it may take up to approximately 3 months.
  • For older products, we may not be able to repair them depending on parts availability and business relationships with manufacturers.
  • Products for which we cannot confirm the purchase history (such as items purchased from ZOZOTOWN or as gifts) are not eligible for this service.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to repair your item. We will do our best to respond to your request, but we cannot guarantee that the item will be returned to like-new condition . Thank you for your understanding.
