Notice of Temporary Suspension of Shipping Due to Inventory Stocktaking

Due to inventory stocktaking at our distribution center, we will temporarily suspend order shipments.
Orders can still be placed during the stocktaking period; however, orders received during this time will be shipped sequentially after the stocktaking is completed.
Please see the schedule below:

■ Stocktaking Period
 March 28 (Sat) – March 31 (Tue)

■ Order Shipments
 Orders placed by March 27 (Fri) 9:59 AM JST will be shipped before the stocktaking period.
 Orders placed from March 27 (Fri) 10:00 AM JST onward will be shipped sequentially starting April 1 (Wed) after stocktaking is completed.

■ Delivery Date & Time Requests
 Requests for delivery date and time selection will be temporarily suspended for orders placed around the stocktaking period.

■ Defective Item Exchanges & Returns
 During the stocktaking period, shipments for defective item exchanges and the receipt of returned items will also be suspended.

 All related requests will be handled sequentially after the stocktaking is completed.
Please note that shipments from April 1 (Wed) onward are expected to be busy and may take longer than usual.
